Class Schedule and Description

 

Adult Sport Performance Classes– Monday and Wednesday 5:30am to 6:30am, Tuesday and Thursday 7 to 8 pm.

A combination of workouts and competitive drills to achieve your goals with the help of your peers. Whether you’re an adult in a sports league, former athlete wanting to train like one again, or “Weekend Warrior” looking to spice up your workouts, these classes are for you!

 

Corporate Lunch Block Classes– Weekdays 11 am to 1 pm

We know how hard it can be to find some time to work out before or after work. Smartense is partnering with companies to offer onsite fitness to employees. Whether for insurance, wellness, or employee satisfaction, all owners and managers should consider it.

 

Family Fun Day– Sunday 2pm to 3pm

Work out/Compete with and against your own family as well as otherfamilies at the same time. Age appropriate and fitness level adjustments will be made for each participant. This will be a fun class, more focused on family bonding than intense exercise.

 

Student Athlete Breakfast Club Classes– Tuesday and Thursday 6am to 7am

For the serious high school athlete. The early hours prepare them for the next level where mental toughness is a noted attribute by coaches. This class prepares high school athletes to compete at the next level not just physically, but also more importantly mentally.

 

After School Program Classes– Weekdays 3pm to 4pm

Daily programs planned for kids aged pre-k through 5th grade. The classes involve beginning concepts of fitness and performance, such a spatial awareness, locomotive patterns, and body proprioception.

 

Speed Classes – Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 5pm to 6pm or 6pm to 7pm

Combination of drills and exercises where the end goal is to make athletes faster. This program focuses on all aspects of speed – acceleration, deceleration, change of direction speed, top-end speed, and running technique.

 

Strength Classes – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5pm to 6pm or 6pm to 7pm

Combination of drills and exercises where the end goal is to make athletes stronger. This program focuses on all aspects of strength – strength, power, stability, mobility, flexibility, dexterity, and efficiency.

 

Speed/Strength Classes – Wednesday 7pm to 8pm, Saturday 10am to 11am

Speed and strength combo classes will be geared toward a holistic approach to performance training. Equal time is spent between speed and strength within the same session. These classes are ideal for in-season athletes.
