As a personal fitness trainer with a Bachelors of Science degree and over 13 years of experience, Rob and his team have helped thousands achieve their fitness goals. He was a co-founder and former co-owner of Excel Sports Performance and is currently the founder and owner of 123TotalFitness.com.

As a personal fitness trainer, Rob has 8 nutrition and training certificates and has participated in 4 years of Combine Training Camps. Rob was a two-time State Wrestling Champion and a four-time NPC Bodybuilding National Qualifier.

12 Months = $900.00 if paid up front or $79.00 per month
9 Months = $800.00 if paid up front or $94.00 per month
6 Months = $700.00 if paid up front or $125.00 per month
