Class Schedule and Description

 

1.Kick Phat

Monday and Friday 6am to 7:30am

Intended to kick the unwanted “phat” off your body. This class style incorporates a combination of calisthenics cardio and martial arts movements to help enhance cardiovascular health and burn fat!

2. Box fit

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10am to 11am

3.Recharge

Monday 12pm to 1 pm, Thursday 6pm to 7pm

Pilates based class focusing on body alignment, flexibility, and meditation.

4.Rise and align

Tuesday am to 7am, Friday 7am to 8am, Saturday 9am to 10am

Yoga based class focusing on body alignment, flexibility, and meditation.

5.Bikini Ready

Tuesday 11am to 12pm, Wednesday 7pm to 8pm

Collage of workouts and drills emphasizing the female figure. The exercises and drills focus on toning and sculpting the body with a focus on the glutes, tummy, and triceps.

6.Beast Mode

Wednesday 6pm to 7pm, Saturday 11am to 12:30 pm

Fusion of training styles that target the core, cardiovascular system, and total body. The exercises focus on total body conditioning and toning.
